We would like to inform our customers (consumers) that pursuant to the provisions of section 14 of Consumer Protection Act No 634/1992 Coll., as amended by later regulations, the body entitled to solve possible consumer disputes arising from our contractual relationship out of court is Czech Trade Inspection with the registered office at Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Prague 2 (www.coi.cz).

Pursuant to the act on registration of sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt for the buyer. At the same time, the seller is obliged to register the received sales online at the tax administrator. If there is a technical problem, the sales must be registered latest within 48 hours.
